Two Upcoming LeEco Smartphones With A Dual Camera Get Certification

TENAA has recently certified two new smartphones of LeEco, and both of them will sport a dual-camera setup at the back. According to the images published on the TENAA website, two LeEco’s smartphones seem to own an identical design at the back, with a dual camera and the dual-LED flash symbolizing for a “smiling face.” Both smartphones could simply be two variants of the upcoming LeEco Le 2s.

Regarding to the TENAA listing, the two smartphones altogether features a 5.5-inch IPS Full HD display, which gives the pixel density of the panel to roughly 403 PPI. Powering them will be the MediaTek Helio X25 deca-core chipset clocked at 2.3GHz, with the Mali-T880MP4 GPU for handling graphics. In memory department, the TENAA listing unveils both LeEco smartphones packs with 4GB of RAM, and 32GB of built-in memory. There will be a 13MP dual camera at the back, and an 8MP front-facing camera.

Other connectivity features includes Wi-Fi, $G LTE, Bluetooth, GPS with GLONASS, and a fingerprint scanner. According to the leaked images, the circular fingerprint scanner will be placed at the rear, below the “smiley face” camera layout. There is only one difference between the LEX656 and the LEX659 in the connectivity department is that one just supports a single SIM card slot, while another comes with Dual SIM slots. Two smartphones will be powered by a 3900mAh capacity battery inside, which is large and expected to deliver excellent battery stamina. The Fast charging might be supported but this information hasn’t been confirmed yet. As for dimensions, they measure 152.4 x 75.1 x 7.5mm and weigh at 168 grams. There will be five color options listed by TENAA include Gray, Gold, Red, Silver, and White. In terms of software, they will run on the company’s EUI custom skin based on the Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow OS.
