Block Porn Sites With Bing Safe Search

Bing and Google allow finding any users want as quickly as possible. That means the requests to block porn sites on Windows 10 can easily start with them.

Microsoft’s Bing Search tool is integrated a feature called SafeSearch that helps you prevent your kids from getting the information they shouldn’t use it. Turn on the Windows 10 computer you want to block porn sites and sign in your account. If your child is a bit elder and has their own account on the computer, login their account on their device and do the following steps:

  • First launch a web browser and visit com.
  • Next, click on the menu button at the top-right corner of the Bing website.
  • Scroll down and look for SafeSearch If the Strict option appears that means you’ve already set it to its highest settings. If it shows Moderate or Off, click on it.
  • Now, change the option to Strict.
  • Next, click on Saveat the bottom of the screen.
  • Finally, simply return to the Bing homepage.

One more thing you should note that doing this also block suspectable content when using the search bar in the the Taskbar at the bottom edge of your display.

Block Porn Sites With Google Safe Search

If your kids usually use Google Search to look for information, SafeSearch can also help you block the porn site.

  • Launch Google browser and go to com/preferences.
  • Click on the SafeSearch
  • If their account has already been logged in, click on Lock SafeSearch.You’ll be prompted to login with a Google Account for this.
  • Once done, click the Lock SafeSearch

However, using SafeSearch on either Bing or Google is not easy. The SafeSearch can only stop your kids from finding things from the search bar. If they directly go to an inappropriate website, this feature is invalid.
