  1. Press CTRL + SHIFT + ESC buttons to open Task Manager
  2. Click on File at the top corner and choose Run a New Task
  3. enter powershell and check the Create this task with administrative privileges box and hit ENTER.
  4. In the next screen, paste the following code: Get-AppXPackage -AllUsers | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register “$($_.InstallLocation)AppXManifest.xml”}
  5. Wait until all the apps are re-installed. Skip any error messages.
  6. Now, close Powershell and head to C:/Users/{Your Computer_Name}/AppData/Local
  7. Take note a folder, named  Delete it.
  8. Once done, restart your PC once again and check the result.

Refresh Your Windows 10
